Inspiration

I keep getting panicked writing this thing. I'll make a post, save it as a draft, then worry I sound silly and delete the whole thing!
It's been making it difficult to make outfit posts so I thought I'd cut the writing to a minimum and simply make a post sharing some things I draw inspiration from.

And so it only seems logical to propose a question here to anyone reading this. What do you draw inspiration from?

    I do the exact same thing with my posts. I'll edit them so many times and keep them as drafts as I always think they aren't good enough to go out on the blog. It takes me so long to get a post out!

    To answer your question, I draw inspiration from fashion my mum used to wear, a key piece I see in a shop/market, photos of random things and pick out a colour or pattern in them, things celebrities are wearing and often from other bloggers. Sorry if thats an extensive list! x x

    Hi! I just found your tumblr and then this blog, I think they're both great! I love your style and I've already spent hours browsing the beautiful images you've re-blogged/posted on tumblr. XD

    Blogs are definitely my main inspiration, especially selectivepotential.blogspot.com, www.themagpiegirl.com and now yours! I also love browsing the 'just arrived' sections of websites and thinking about the different ways I'd put pieces together, and of course real shops as well. Also beautiful pictures, like those you post, and music (Death Cab For Cutie is my band of choice at the moment) always put me in an inspired mood. :)

    Great and very inspirational post! Thank you dear! I get my inspiration from the movies - especially Jean-Luc Godard's and Sofia Coppola's films. And yes, Virgin Suicides is definately one of them. Marie Antoinette too. Lovely blog! x
